This is the 49th year for the Cherokee Triangle Art Fair, which got its start as a community garden plant exchange. Since then, the fair has grown into a quality art fair that attracts dozens of veteran exhibitors and plenty of new artists from the region and out of state.
You'll find original artwork, Kentucky Derby hats, hand-dyed scarves, jewelry, children's apparel, leather goods, pottery, glass sculpture, metalwork, photography and more.
The family-friendly event also features a popular children's activities area with a variety of fun events and creative opportunities for the kids. Other attractions of the fair include the native plant book with a variety of flowers, herbs and more.
