The Flummoxed Foible of James Fig

The Flummoxed Foible of James Fig

$40.00

...he was spinning and began to fall before righting himself on his shaky wings. James Fig was wishing he had tested them out a wee bit more before taking the evening test flight. Something seemed a bit, a bit... off still. And just like curled jam in the mouth at twice o' clock he looked up and out of the clouds a dark figure came rocketing out. It was a bat. The Marsh had no bats in their residence that he could remember. But that was a non niggling issue at the moment. The pressing concern for a insect in night flight would be a bat in search of evening supper. And this looked to be the most viable answer. James Fig raised his hands for a weak defense and then remembered what was in his knapsack... which unfortunately was far below on the ground away from where he needed it most. "Oh!" he thought, "I have it!"
