It had seemed like forever, but Mother Spring had finally come ‘round to the Thousand Weed Marsh. Old Grandfather Winter had packed his things and took leave for his own holiday with plans to return next year. As such, Lucius Flam doffed his fez and nipped out of his home and made way for Gideon’s Meadow to celebrate with spring tea.

Having been cooped up indoors through the long, chilly season, everyone felt a bit on the loop and unfortunately many a dish and cup were cracked or mashed in the festivities. So what of a cracked china set when the season is so fresh and beautiful? Unless, of course, the chipped set doesn’t belong to you but to your sister, Sophronia. Then is becomes an issue.
